Join us for a Basebuilding 101 workshop where we’ll break down how movements actually grow, person by person, conversation by conversation. We'll define what basebuilding is, walk through the core skills of recruiting new people, developing leaders, and building the kind of organized base that can challenge entrenched power. Whether you’re brand-new or deeply experienced, this workshop will ground us in the fundamentals of people-powered organizing and prepare us to expand our movement for real democracy.

MarchOnHarrisburg is a non-partisan, volunteer driven, statewide movement that has 9+ years of experience fighting to get money out of Pennsylvania politics, build democracy, and create a government of, by, and for the people.
