THE REFORMS

  • International vacations, sports tickets, dinners, lodging for public officials. Right now, gifts are corrupting, unlimited, and legal. Almost none of them are reported! A Gift Ban makes that illegal.

  • There are no limits to what rich people can contribute to a candidate’s campaign. Large campaign contributions influence, intimidate, and corrupt our elected officials.

  • States have the authority to define corporations and their powers. Using that authority, Pennsylvania can reclaim elections from corporate and dark money influence, making Citizens United irrelevant!
